LEASE AGREEMENTA well-crafted lease agreement specifies the terms of your rental arrangement, reduces your liability risk, and helps protect your investment. As a landlord, you need a high-quality lease agreement both you and your tenant can trust. We have three types of contracts depending on the type of property: residential, commercial, and short-term.
ARRAS AGREEMENTAn arras document is used for the purchase of a property, where the party interested in purchasing a property deposits 10% of the price – and the terms of the sale are agreed. A well-crafted one specifies the terms of your private agreement, reduces your liability risk, and protects your investment against the successful completion of the purchase.
POWER OF ATTORNEYIf you need to have a legal representative in Spain that manages your dealings on your behalf, while you are not present, a POA is the perfect option. A Power of Attorney is a legal document that grants an individual (or group of individuals) the right to act on behalf of a person for the stipulated tasks.
